Asseco South Eastern Europe (Asseco SEE), which is part of Asseco Poland SA, the 5th largest European software producer, acquired ITD and ITD’s sister company EST with the agreement signed on 30 July 2010.

Asseco South Eastern Europe (Asseco SEE), which is part of Asseco Poland SA, the 5th largest European software producer, acquired EST - Elektronik Sanal Ticaret Bilişim Hizmetleri A.ş. and EST's sister company ITD - İletişim Teknoloji Danýşmanlýk Ticaret A.ş. with the agreement signed on 30 July 2010. Thus, İş Private Equity, an indirect affiliate of Isbank has sold its shares in ITD to Asseco. İş Private Equity was one of the shareholders of ITD since 2002.

Asseco SEE is a subsidiary of Asseco Poland SA and focuses on providing solutions for many market segments including financial sector, public administration and industry. Asseco Poland operates directly or indirectly through its participations in 17 European countries. As of January 2010, the Asseco Group employs over 8500 people.

EST's and ITD's success in and outside Turkey, close relationships with its clients, corporate structure and proficient management team were the main reasons of Asseco SEE in making their choice. With this acquisition; Asseco SEE wants to take advantage of both companies competences and management skills to help spread them in its own region and also in new markets.
